Chicken Pot Pie Soup

The classic comfort soup with tender chicken, potatoes, and a vegetable medley. Perfect for cold fall nights!

Included Ingredients

Onion, chicken, celery rib, carrot, potato, corn, peas, bouillon, lemon juice, seasonings.

Groceries Needed 


• Cream, half and half, or milk
• Flour
• Biscuits

Optional Additions

• Garlic (for increased flavor)
• Salt and pepper

Preparation & Serving Instructions

Cook: Follow the cooking instructions on the packaging.

Serve: Serve on whole wheat pita or flatbread with desired toppings and tzatziki sauce.

Tzatziki sauce: Mix 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ cucumber peeled and chopped, 1 tsp dried dill.

Alternative Serving Instructions:

Once soup is done cooking, shred chicken and thicken soup as directed, and transfer soup to an oven safe dish. Spread biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits) on top of the soup. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 425° for 18-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
